Products on order: For products that are not in stock and must be ordered, shipping times will be communicated from time to time by email or telephone. These times may vary depending on the supplier and the type of product.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, package size and destination. Any additional costs for shipments to remote areas or outside the EU will be clearly indicated before order confirmation.

3. Shipment Tracking
